From grain to flour
Discovery tour through the Barzmühle Bad Zurzach.
The mill just outside the former market town of Bad Zurzach still shows the original craft as it was practiced 500 years ago. After restoration and the installation of a new water wheel, grain can now be milled again as it was in ancient times. On the top floor there is a small exhibition on cereal cultivation and the annual cycle of farming before the machine age is also shown.
